• Inspection of Documents :- We inspect the documents of a property/ land and cross check it from original source. Inspection of Documents from Original Source involved Getting Certified Copy of Property's Registered Documents of 12 Years from Sub Registrar Office, If Property/ Land is in the limits of revenue department then we check the land records in Tehsil Office, If Property/ Land is in the limit of Nagar Nigam then we check the Assessment Record in Municipal Corporation Office. We also check whether the property/ land is already mortgage or not in any bank.
• Verification of Owner :- Physical Verification of property owner's (seller) actual place of residence will be done by us to make sure the authenticity. Seller's Identity Proof will also checked to detect any possible forgery. We can also check whether the seller was previously involved in any land fraud case or not.
• Physical Site Verification of Property :- Our Agents will visit the property/ land site and physically verify it with the available documents. Site verification from Revenue Sub Inspector (Patwari) will also be done if necessary.
• Court Case Verification :- Property/ Land should be free from any dispute. So through physical as well as online mode we will check whether there is any court case pending against the property/ land or not.

The Outcome

• With the above mentioned verification, the genuineness and authenticity of property/ land will be cleared.
